The work

Roofs first, and the rest of the house that goes with them.

Roofing is the core of the business, tear-offs, full replacements and the fascia and soffit work that keeps a roof honest. And because Elias is licensed as an Oregon general contractor, the same crew can carry the rest of the exterior work under one number.

Roof tear-offs & replacements

Old roof off, deck inspected, and a new roof installed the way it should be, with the transitions and edges done properly, not glossed over. Composition shingle or metal, whichever fits the house and the budget.

Metal roofs

Panel metal roofing installed clean, including on shops and outbuildings that started life a little out of square. Eastern-Oregon weather and eastern-Oregon customers, since 2021.

Learn more →

Fascia, soffits & rooflines

The unglamorous board-and-trim work under the eaves that decides how long your new roof actually lasts. Rot cut out, boards replaced, everything sealed before the shingles or panels go back on.

Learn more →

Roof repairs

Small leaks, blown-off sections, damaged flashings, a repair when a repair is the right answer, not an automatic pitch for a whole new roof.

Learn more →

Insurance-timeline work

Roofs that need to happen before the homeowners policy renews. Say the deadline out loud and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

Learn more →

General contracting

Elias is registered as a Residential General Contractor, so the exterior work that goes with the roof, the framing, sheathing and follow-on repairs, can be handled by the same crew under one point of contact.

How it works

Three steps between a phone call and a finished roof.

No mystery, a look at the actual roof, a straight bid, and the crew on site.

STEP 01

The look

Eli comes out and looks at the real thing, the deck, the flashings, the fascia, and talks with you about what needs to happen and what doesn't.

STEP 02

The bid

You get a clear scope and price, so you can put it next to any other bid on the same job and know what you're comparing.

STEP 03

The build

The crew shows up, does the work, cleans up after themselves, and the job finishes with a walk-through, the same standard whether it's a small manufactured home or a full residential roof.

Eli and his crew did a fantastic job on our small manufactured home. Even though our home was not a big job they treated us as a valuable customer. Their attention to detail and willingness to point out and offer to repair the boards below the roof line was valuable to me. Eli was courteous and patient as I asked questions and he truly cares about you as a customer. And then he thanked us for hiring him. That was amazing. I am already recommending him to my clients and friends.

Just recently had them remove the old roof on my shop and instal new fascia, soffits and metal. They did a very good job especially considering the building and old roof was a little out of square. They came in at the best price and did an excellent job including clean up afterwards.

Elias came out and tore off our old roof and did a full replacement. They also replaced the fascia around the house. They were very thorough in their presentation and the whole job, the price was pretty comparable to a couple other quotes but was the best. We explained our situation with the home insurance deadline before they canceled our policy and he got us scheduled and the job done just in time!
